Frequently Asked Questions About Pre-Orders

When will my pre-ordered items ship?

Pre-ordered items ship on or shortly after their official publisher street date (New Comic Book Day). Estimated release dates are listed on individual product pages. If your order contains items with different release dates, we can hold items or ship them as they arrive based on your preference.

Are pre-ordered comics bagged and boarded?

Yes! Every comic book pre-ordered through OCD comes individually bagged and boarded for free to maintain Near Mint (NM) condition from our shop to your home.

Can I cancel or alter a pre-order?

Pre-orders are submitted directly to distributors (like Diamond, Lunar, or Penguin Random House) once cut-off dates pass. Please reach out to us at contact@ocdnow.ca as soon as possible if you need assistance adjusting an existing pre-order.
