Comic Sales Final Policy

At Orono Collectibles Den, all sales of comics are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted. 

However, under special circumstances, we may approve cancellations, subject to the following conditions:

- A 25% cancellation fee will be applied to any approved cancellation.
- The decision to approve a cancellation is at the sole discretion of Orono Collectibles Den management.

Please consider your purchase carefully, as these terms are strictly enforced.

Returns/Refunds on Collectibles

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@ocdnow.ca. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 13 Peters Pike, Orono, ON L0B 1M0

The person returning the item is in charge of the shipping cost. Once we receive the item and inspect it, we will issue a return within 24 hours of receiving the product. Please allow time for the return to process on your credit card or other payment method as each financial institution is different and can take 3-5 business days in most cases.

If a pre order item is canceled there is a 20% restocking fee applied to the cancelation. We are not responsible for the shipping cost on any item that is returned for a refund. Once we receive your item, and the item is inspected we will notify you immediately via email. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  We cannot guarantee mint condition of comic books due to the nature of distribution, but we shall do our best to ensure the books are in the best possible condition.  Any damages that occur during transit are not the liability of Orono Collectibles Den and any cost for replacements will be done through a claim processed through the courier's insurance policy where applicable. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Comic Books, Hardcovers, sale items or gift cards.
